Beneficiation Engineering
The technique on mining of Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CIE) is strong. CIE possesses particular technical superiority of mining in surface mine and large underground mine and have won 22 Advancement Technology Awards. In this half century, it have finished hundreds of design and scientific project on mining in or abroad, including the projects on mine of ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, gold and construction material, and area on beach placer, blasting and development of underground space of the cities.

Photo1: Overlook of Beneficiation Plant Project (Midi) of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co.The annual treatment capacity for run-of-mine lump of Beneficiation Plant (Midi) of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co. which has been found in 1970 is 13500000t, and it is the maximum Beneficiation plant in our metallurgy industry. This project has used the new technology of ¡°one milling section and two magnetic selection sections¡±, and made full use of the terrain of hillside to construct the plant. The pulp flowing automatically in main workshops has been realized, and the investment on infrastructure and equipment and operation cost has been saved. This project has won 1st Session Design Prize on National Excellent Project.
Photo2: Overlook of 50000t/a Titanium Beneficiation Project of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co.This project has been constructed to recycle the titanium, cobalt and nickel in the vanadium titano-magnetite of Panzhihua, and has been completed and put into use in 1979. In the Design, the unite flow of screw separation-floatation-electric separation has been selected, and many new equipment has been used. The titanium concentrate not only meets the quality requirements of domestic customer, but also sell to overseas market, and be welcomed by the customers. This project has won Gold Prize on National Excellent Project Design.
Photo3: Full Look of Abundant Fines Overflow Beneficiation Project of Hainan Ironstone Mining.This project has used the completed high-intensity magnetic flow at the 1st time, and separated and recycled the drained sewage and fines from the washing system. The scale of this project is 870000t/a, and it has been completed and put into use in 1985. The problem of sewage from the washing pollutes Shiluhe River has been treated. This project has won Silver Prize on National Excellent Project Design and Design Prize on Excellent Project of Ministry of Metallurgy.
Photo4: Overlook of Beneficiation Project of Sichuan Lugu Ironstone Mining.The design annual output of this project is crush run-of-mine lump 500000t/a, and deep Beneficiation and processing ore-fines 106000t/a, and have been respectively completed and put into use in 1991 and 1993. This Project has won Grade One Prize on Excellent Project Design of Ministry of Metallurgy.
